I’m a Technical Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in SaaS and fintech, focused on understanding complex systems and making them easier to navigate.
Outside of work, I build tools, data workflows, and small web projects — usually driven by curiosity and a desire to bring clarity to messy problems.

A support background that evolved into systems thinking, tooling, and structured problem-solving.
I’ve spent the past six years supporting enterprise clients and developers in SaaS, working across APIs, data flows, integrations, and distributed systems. That background shaped how I solve problems: investigate deeply, understand the full system, and simplify what’s complicated.
Over time, my work has moved closer to building — internal tools, automation workflows, data pipelines, and structured processes that turn messy information into something reliable and usable.

JavaScript (React), Node.js (Express), and working knowledge of Python. REST APIs, payment integrations like Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree, plus SQL-based systems such as PostgreSQL. Comfortable with Google Cloud Platform, logging/debugging tools, and performance troubleshooting.
I’m drawn to how systems connect — services, data flows, schemas, and the structure underneath the surface.
Recently, I’ve been building modular ETL pipelines and data workflows using patterns like staging → public schema design, idempotent ingestion, and structured data modeling for larger datasets.
Methodical debugging, root-cause thinking, and solutions that reduce friction instead of adding more noise.
I tend to work from the inside out — reproducing edge cases, analyzing logs, tracing behavior, and identifying root causes. I’m most interested in solutions that improve clarity and make systems easier to use.
