Hey, I'm Matt — welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I work as a technical support engineer in the Payments/FinTech space, with over ten years of experience helping people solve tough tech problems. Outside of work, I enjoy building websites (you’ll find some examples below), writing about whatever’s on my mind, and diving into side projects fueled by curiosity and late-night research rabbit holes.
I also keep a casual blog where I write about tech, ADHD-friendly workflows, and the occasional deep dive on baking or music.
When I’m not coding or baking, I’m probably playing piano or guitar, brushing up on German or Spanish Duolingo streak days and going strong. or planning my next flight — I’m a certified pilot and a lifelong avgeek. I live in Colorado with my golden retriever, Lexie, who keeps things interesting.
Professional Experience
Curious builder, problem-solver, and support pro with over a decade in tech.
For the past five years, I’ve worked in SaaS supporting enterprise clients and developers, often jumping into complex technical issues involving APIs, data, and integrations. My background is rooted in technical support, but my interests have expanded into web development, design, and data analysis — all of which I explore through side projects and freelance work.

Problem Solving
Strong analytical skills in debugging complex issues — from reproducing edge cases to tracing server logs and pinpointing root causes. Known for developing scalable, reusable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce support friction.
